Data collected

Only what you enter in the contact form: name, email address, message and, if you wish, phone number, company or trade.

Why, and on what legal basis

To answer your request and, where relevant, prepare a commercial proposal. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request, and our legitimate interest in answering the enquiries we receive.

Who has access

Only the publisher. So that no request is missed, it is:

• recorded in the publisher’s internal tracking tool, hosted in France;
• flagged by a notification on the encrypted messenger Olvid (a French publisher);
• copied by email to a Gmail mailbox (Google), which may process data outside the European Union under the contractual safeguards required by regulation.

Your data is neither sold nor used for advertising.

Retention

Three years at most after the last exchange. You can ask for deletion at any time. Technical server logs (including the IP address) are kept for 14 days at most, for the security of the site.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no cookies, no analytics tools and no third-party services (fonts and resources are hosted on the site). A hidden field and a minimum typing delay limit automated submissions; they collect no data about you.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@solutions-tpe.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French authority, the CNIL.
